Download a Game or a Practice

There are two possibilities to download a recording:

Arena Download

or

Cloud Download

Arena Download

If you are at the arena where the recording is taking place and you want to download it as soon as it is over, the best way is to click on the Arena Download button.

• From when is it available?

You will usually have to wait between 5 and 10 minutes before the game is available for download.

• How should you proceed?

To do so,

1. Make sure your device is connected to the same network as the local server. 
2. Select your recording and download it into your computer.

You will then be able to transfer the downloaded video file on the media of your choice (DVD, USB stick, ...).

Cloud Download

If you are at home or any other location and need to download the game, the best way is to click on the Cloud Download button.

• From when is it available?

It can take between 30 min and 2 hours, depending on your network bandwidth.
