To understand how the minimum bandwidth required is computed, you will need to go to the Stream Configurations tab and select the appropriate league by clicking on the arrow at the right of each line. You can check there what your "Video bitrate" is.
You will notice that the selected value in calculated in kbps (kilobits per second). If you want to know the value in Mbps (Megabits per second), you can divide the former by approximately 1000 (1024 exactly).
Ex.: If the bitrate selected is 2500Kbps, then 2500/1024 = 2.44Mbps will be the minimum bandwidth required at your arena.
To ensure there is no problem in your arena, we recommend that the bandwidth at your arena should be always at least 20% above this value.
Be careful that if you have the "Web live stream" option enabled, and/or the "Live video for Keemotion iOS and web pages" option enabled, the minimum bandwidth required will be multiplied by 2.
Ex.2 : If the bitrate selected is 2500Kbps, then (2500/1024)x2 = 4.88Mbps will be the minimum bandwidth required at your arena.
Note that the bandwidth is calculated over the last 3 days. That means that if your server had a drop in Internet connection within the last 3 days, it will impact the way the bandwidth is reported to MyArena.
For instance, it will stay red for 3 days, even though the Internet is back for 2 days.
