Synergy Sports recommends using a laptop with 8GB of RAM for optimal performance

Screen Resolution

Synergy Stats App supports a minimum screen resolution of 1366x768.

Internet Connection

You will require an internet connection to access and set up a game.

Synergy Stats App works best when the device has an active and stable internet connection for the duration of the game.

If you lose internet connection during a game, you will still be able to record live game actions as they occur however you MUST NOT refresh the page in your web browser.

Any actions captured whilst no internet connection will be queued and have an orange bar next to it.

Once internet connection has returned, the game actions will be synced.
